Krista Blomberg as Sylvie
Krista recently won an Award for Leading Actress from the Best Shorts Competition. She is a multitalented artist who is also a fashion designer. She is a trained New York based actor and had a paragraph of well written material that served as the idea for this film. In addition, she developed and wrote the piece, "Pas de Deux", performed at the LAByrinth Theatre master class series. Her training comprises Susan Batson, The Barrow Group, Ensemble Studio Theatre and Deborah Hedwall.
Jurgen Jones as Mr. James
Jurgen has performed at Ensemble Studio Theatre in the original incarnation of Sean Sutherland’s “Mountains in the Bering” and will soon appear in an up and coming silent short by StaatsFactory entitled, "Marie and Louise”. Jurgen was also in FirstLook’s “Subject Two”, an updated rethinking of the Frankenstein tale, which was selected for the Sundance Film Festival. He has trained with Maggie Flanigan's two- year Meisner program and with Deborah Hedwall.
Alexis Weil as Little Amanda
Alexis was a two year old at the time of our filming. She turned out to be a natural in front of the camera. She has amazing comprehension of what was required of her that would put many actors to shame.
She loves strolling in Central Park and playing with an ipad. This is her first role. Alexis is a model for the GAP.
Tyler A. Chase - Producer, Director, DP, Editor
Tyler is an auteur/filmmaker/FAA Part 107 Certified sUAS aerial cinematographer with L'ORAGE Productions. Tyler founded L'ORAGE while attending New York University Film School. As a student, Tyler created two short, narrative 16mm films, Urban Inquisition and Fowl Play with Jack Mulcahy (The Brothers McMullen). In 2013 Tyler completed the award-winning, short narrative psychodrama, Animal Crackers (Pentimenti) Chase completed the award winning documentary short film, Sweet Soul in Exile in late 2018. In 2020, Tyler completed the award winning feature documentary film, A Castle in Brooklyn - King Arthur with Golden Globe Award winner Brian Cox as the Narrator. Presently Tyler is working on a feature documentary tentatively called, Always Here, regarding the cultural destruction of First Nations historical sites. Blues for 475 is in post production, Let Them Eat Geese is in development/production and Touched by Duse with Ellen Burstyn, Paul Sorvino, Elizabeth Ashley and others is in its final cut.Animal Crackers (Pentimenti) has received an award of Merit from the Accolade Competition, an Award of Merit from the Best Short Films Competition a 2018 Award for Leading actress garnered by Krista Blomberg's portrayal of Sylvie. L'ORAGE Productions participated as an NGO and Tyler took part in the UPR of Human Rights Violations in Housing at United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland where sections of the human rights documentary A Castle in Brooklyn-the Serfdom of Kent, the predecessor to two films being completed this year, was screened as testimony. Tyler also spoke on the panel about preemptive forced eviction.

Lisette Cevallos - Producer/Manager of Operations
Lisette is a graduate of the New York University Film Program with a theatre background. She collaborates as producer, administrator and budget/accounting person in the development of films produced at L’ORAGE Productions. She is also a union actress with a background in theatre performance and an award winning visual artist. She is a Producer of A Castle in Brooklyn, King Arthur (in Post Production) and Executive Producer of Touched by Duse (in Development). Lisette participated on a panel at the National Arts Club that included Paul Sorvino, Mario Fratti, William Esper, Helen Sheehy and Tyler A. Chase where there was a special event and screening of a segment of Touched by Duse. She was also on the panel for the presentation of Touched by Duse at the Players Club with Susan Batson, Angelica Page and Mario Fratti. She is a producer of the short film, Animal Crackers (Pentimenti), that received an Award of Merit from the Best Short Films Competition an award for Leading Actress and an Accolade Award.
Gibraltar Jazz - Richie Naef (composer/instrumentalist) and Phyllis Novin (singer)
Gibraltar Jazz is the evolution of the eclectic Rock and Jazz sound of two over the top musicians Richie Naef (composer/instrumentalist) and Phyllis Novin (singer). Both Phyllis and Richie are former members of the bands Tuff Luck and the Clix. They were frequent guests at: Malibu, The Mud Cub, CBGB's, Max's Kansas City and the Roxy Music Club. Their music has been aired on WNYU and other Manhattan radio stations. They have a long time relationship with Film maker, Tyler A. Chase and have written and produced scores for Off Broadway rock operas and musicals such as "The Adventures of Ultra Vinyl" and "The Fairies are Thirsty". Dale Noelle Weil - Little Amanda's Mom in a flashback scene.
Dale is the real mother of Alexis. This is her first experience with film acting. She is a former model with Ford Models and is now the owner of True Model Management. Thanks to her and her husband for their participation and use of their home as a location for the Little Amanda scenes.
Claudia Agudelo - PA/Second Camera
Claudia's first gig on a camera and because we wanted a video look, she was supplied with a HD consumer brand camera to work with. She had a shot list from Tyler, some instructions and the footage came in great! She had to work with a two year old child in a very short margin of time. We love Claudia!
